This week, I have some easy recipes and slow cooker recipes on the menu plan because I have a MASSIVE to do list! I am looking at my planner and finding it still on Wednesday! Yes, really!
On Thursday I still had a bunch of stuff on Wednesday’s list so instead of rewriting them, I just stayed on that day. Then, on Friday I spent most of my day at Sam’s Club with my Mom. Here it is Monday! Monday’s are horrid days anyway because I spend so little time at my computer that it is a major catch up day. Ahh well. I am going to knock it all out today. Watch me! LOL!
Be sure to print out your coupons this week! Remember, you should be able to print them twice.
Ok, on to my menu planning ideas for this week:
Monday: Marinated Crockpot Beef Tips over Rice (trying something new)
Wednesday: Busy Day BBQ Meatballs, Potato Salad, and Broccoli! We had so much soup that we ate it almost all week long! So, I am recycling some of the things that were on last week’s menu plan.
Thursday: Smoked Mozzarella Chicken and Creamy Garlic Potatoes from Cookmore. This site is really neat! First off, every recipe you share earns $1 for Heroes at Home and secondly, you can create a menu plan and grocery list right there! Neat, right?
