Can you use mango puree for these popsicles?

If that is what you have on hand, for sure. Since you’re adding the ingredients to a food processor anyway, it all gets blended up in the long run. As long as you have a mango mixture, you’ll be good.

Can I use wooden popsicle sticks to make these?

You can but I like the popsicle molds that I can use over and over again. They just tend to freeze better and I’m saving money in the long run, too.
