Asian Beef Noodle Bowl

Beef Noodle Bowl Asian Beef Noodle Bowl Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total time 30 minutes

8 oz. linquine, uncooked

3 cups broccolia florets (I just used frozen)

2 cups shredded carrots

2 teaspoons oil (I used Olive Oil)

1 lb. beef sirloin steak cut into strips

1/2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing (divided)

2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (divided)

Take 1/22 of the dressing & 1/2 of the sauce and put in a ziplock bag. Add beef, turning to coat, and allow to marinate for several hours.

Remove meat from bag and throw sauce away. Cook Pasta as directed, adding veggies to the boiling water for the last 2 minutes of cooking time.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large non-stick skillet. Add meat; cook 4 minutes or until browned on all sides, stirring occaisionally. Stir in dressing and saace; cook 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occaisionally.

Drain pasta mixture; place in large serviving bowl, add meat mixture; toss to coat.

Makes 4 servings, 2 cups each.
