Triscuit crackers are made with 100 percent whole grain, are low in saturated fat and a good source of dietary fiber. Triscuit varieties include original, reduced fat, cheddar, cracked pepper & olive oil, fire roasted tomato & olive oil, garden herb, deli-style rye, roasted garlic, thin crisps, and rosemary & olive oil.

Triscuit Tex Mex Melts

Triscuit Tex Mex Melts

Prep Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

If you don't like hot, leave off the jalapeno peppers!

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • ¼ cup Finely Shredded Four Cheese
  • 36 TRISCUIT Crackers

Instructions

    COMBINE first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour.
    TOP crackers with tomato mixture, adding about 2 Tbsp. to each; sprinkle with cheese. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
    MICROWAVE on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
