Instructions to Make Apple Crumble Cheesecake Recipe
Start by prepping your graham cracker crust—just mix with butter and press into a springform pan. Bake briefly while you work on the cheesecake layer.
Then, blend your cream cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour this over the crust.
Next, dice your apples and mix them with cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of nutmeg. Layer this spiced apple mixture over the cheesecake filling.
Finally, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter to create a chunky crumble. Sprinkle generously on top and bake until the edges are set and the top is golden.
Let it cool completely before chilling—this helps it set up perfectly for slicing.
Dessert Tips and Tricks
- Let your cream cheese come to room temperature for a smoother mix.
- Use tart apples like Granny Smith for balance.
- Don’t skip chilling—it makes slicing so much easier.
- Add a drizzle of caramel for a bakery-style finish.
Troubleshooting Apple Crumble Cheesecake
Crack in cheesecake? That’s okay! The crumble topping hides imperfections beautifully.
