My local P.F. Chang’s closed a few months ago, which has left me Lettuce Wrapless for what seems like forever. The closest one to me is now a few hours away, and I haven’t had time to make the drive. Instead I’m cooking my favorites at home.
Originally the thought of making my own Asian Cuisine at home made me nervous. They typically cook everything on high heat (which I stink at) and add lots of flavor via spices. However, I am pleasantly surprised to say that the 19 P.F. Chang’s Copycat Recipes below are much easier than I imagined they would be.
- My favorite appetizer ever, Chicken Lettuce Wraps has to be number one on this list.
- Not my favorite, but a very popular dish indeed the Mongolian Beef recipe is so much easier than I imagined it would be.
- If I had to pick a favorite dessert, it would be Banana Spring Rolls.
- Even picky kids will love Crispy Honey Chicken.
- Bananas not your thing? Then try Apple Chai Cobbler instead.
- Pair this Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream with the Banana Spring Rolls for a mouth explosion.
- Garlic Noodles take only a few minutes to cook and are an extremely cheap meal.
- The dipping sauce is my favorite part of these Potstickers.
- You can make Sesame Cucumber Noodles in your instant pot.
- The sauce you use on Spicy Green Beans can also be used on asparagus.
- You can use frozen or fresh shrimp for Kung Pao Shrimp.
- Chicken Fried Rice can be made with or with out the chicken, totally your call.
- Don’t forget to make the ranch sauce to dip these Crispy Green Beans in.
- Orange Peel Chicken is crispy, spicy and sweet.
- Chicken Lo Mein can be made with or with out chicken.
- Beef a La Sichaun is gluten free and promises to be better than the original.
- Sesame Chicken takes some time to prepare, but is totally worth it.
