Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup(s) fresh lime juice
  • 2 T. local honey
  • 2 Clove(s) garlic minced
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 4 fresh Mahi Mahi steaks

Instructions
 

  • Mix lime juice, honey, garlic and ginger, whisk together.
    Marinate Mahi Mahi for 1 hour.
    Season with salt and pepper and grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side.
