In this day and age, with meat getting so expensive – though I don’t know why… gas prices are down.  Anyway, back to my original thought 😉  Meat is getting more and more expensive!  We have eaten so much Chicken that I am afraid we are all going to start clucking. LOL!  Anyway, we have to try to diversify our meals a bit and try more vegetables in our menu.  This week, I am taking a look at some yummy recipes using Cauliflower!

Recipes Using Cauliflower:

I don’t know about in your neck of the woods, but we are going through a cold-spell in southern Alabama!  This Curried Roasted Cauliflower Soup sounds like the perfect warm-me-up kind of meal!

Or maybe you don’t want it so hot? AND, you don’t have time for stove-top cooking?  What about Cauliflower Crockpot Soup?  Sounds good, right?

Veggie Cheddar Naked Quiche is a great recipe for breakfast or dinner – you will never think of cauliflower the same way again.

Bring in the taste of India with this Indian Flavored Cauliflower Rice!

Have you ever had cauliflower in your stir fry?  It is actually very good – try this Sweet & Sour Chinese Stir-fry, you will see!

How about some Chile Chocolate Cauliflower? Yes strange, but you in my old age I have found that I shouldn’t knock things without trying them!

Keep it simple and whip up some cauliflower salad to eat before your dinner – eating a salad first allows you to eat less of the unhealthy items!
