What is the easiest way to cook quesadillas?
I’ve found that the easiest way to cook quesadillas is to cook them up in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. This constant temperature will give a low and slow cooking method that will heat it up perfectly all over.
I like to add in olive oil to cook them up in the skillet but you can use butter or coconut oil, too.
For quesadillas that aren’t sweet, don’t forget to add in black beans for protein, bell peppers for veggies, and a dollop of sour cream and salt and pepper to taste to bring it all together!
