Fun Ways To Use This Printable

While these are made for lunchboxes, don’t let them stop you from using them in other fun ways or for thinking of new ideas!

Here are some fun options to help get you started.

Create funny jokes with the kids

Fall is the perfect season for some good old-fashioned silliness! And what better way to get into the spirit of things than with some fall-themed jokes for kids?

Why did the scarecrow win an award? Because he was outstanding in his field!

Why did the pumpkin go to the doctor? Because it was feeling a little squashed!

And last, what do you get when you drop a pumpkin? Squash!

These jokes will surely get your little ones chuckling and feeling the autumn vibes. And they’re just the beginning. Have fun creating more and more, and get the laughs rolling!

Make fun fall foods

Fall is the perfect time to get creative in the kitchen and enjoy making delicious treats with the kids. Something about the crisp air and changing leaves beg for warm, comforting foods.

Whether you’re whipping up a batch of pumpkin spice pancakes, caramel apples, or cute little acorn treats made with pretzels and Hershey’s kisses, there are endless possibilities for fun fall foods that the whole family will love.

Cooking together is a great way to bond and create lasting memories – not to mention the satisfaction of enjoying a tasty treat you made yourself. So grab your aprons and get ready for some kitchen fun!

Draw notes and color them

While it’s easy to print these out and use them, let the kids be creative and see what they can do. These autumn notes will inspire them to want to try; all they need is paper and time.

Have them draw their fall pictures and ideas, then give them to someone to color.

Or, they can draw and color as well, making it a unique and fun idea. The big thing to remember is that they can take this idea and make it their own.

There’s no reason they can’t be an artist with so many cute and fun things to draw during the fall months!

What are lunchbox notes?

Lunchbox notes are a small gesture with a big impact. They are a simple way to show your child that you’re thinking of them during the day and can brighten up even the most ordinary lunches.

Lunchbox notes are small notes, often written on a sticky note or index card, that parents tuck into their child’s lunchbox.

They can contain encouragement, affirmations, funny jokes, or just kind words to let your child know they are loved. These notes can make a child feel special and can help foster a sense of love and belonging that can last throughout their lives.

As a parent, it’s essential to take the time to create these small moments of joy for your children and to let them know that you are always there for them, even when they’re at school.

Can I reuse lunchbox notes?

As parents, we want to make our children’s days special, sometimes by including a bit of note in their lunchbox. But after a while, those notes can add up. So, can you reuse them?

The answer is it depends. If the note has a specific message that pertains to that day, such as “Good luck on your test today!” then it probably wouldn’t make sense to reuse it.

However, if it’s something more generic, like “Have a great day!” there’s nothing wrong with reusing it. Ensure you’re not using the same note too long, as your child may catch onto the repetition. Ultimately, it’s up to you and what you think is best for your child.
