Fun ways to use this printable:

This series of printables takes your preschooler on a fun-filled adventure filled with activities that educate and entertain – but don’t forget to do other activities as well!

Here are a few other fun ideas that they can do to continue the learning fun.

Make recipes using figs

Figs are so yummy and can be used in many ways in the kitchen, especially when cooking with kids. Just imagine a Saturday afternoon spent making fig jam, measuring sugar, watching the fruit bubble on the stove, and then spreading the homemade jam on a slice of fresh bread.

Kids will be amazed at how it all comes together! You can also make fig bars, which are delicious and a great way to teach your children about nutrition and where food comes from.

Cooking with figs is a beautiful way to bond with your family and create fun memories.

Count food items in the house

Taking inventory of food items in your home can be a fun and educational activity you share with your children, especially when honing their counting skills.

Grab a notepad and roam the kitchen together, opening cabinets and the fridge, and enlist the little ones to count aloud the number of apples, boxes of pasta, or jars of peanut butter.

This exercise can familiarize them with various food items and categories, such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy. It also works on counting skills!

It’s a practical way to blend learning with everyday life, and who knows, it might also help you plan your next grocery run!

Create a silly story about figs

Engage your children’s creativity and imagination by inviting them to create a tale about figs.

Let them create a world where figs are a sweet delight and characters in their epic adventure! Encourage them to imagine a kingdom with juicy fig characters of all shapes and sizes.

They might create heroes like Sir Fig-a-lot on a quest for the Golden Fig or write a silly plot about a circus with juggling fruit clowns.

Ask questions like, “What if figs could talk? What would they say?” or “Can you think of a magical power a fig might have?”

This storytelling exercise isn’t just fun; it’s a way for children to develop narrative skills and express themselves through laughter and originality.

Thank you so much! These are nice. I still can't download E for eggplant, but I think I can make one based on the picture and the format of the other pages.
