12 protein balls . delicious energy bites

I am a Mom to three boys, so trust me when I say that energy is something I have to purchase these days.  Everyone I know complains about time.  Time isn’t necessarily my problem, it is energy.  I have the “time” to do things, I just don’t feel like doing them.

This is my biggest hangup.

I also have a severe aversion to things like energy drinks and pills.  However, I have no problem with eating. 🙂  That is why I have gathered over a dozen Energy Bites Recipes for you and me to enjoy the next time we need a healthier (and more delicious) alternative to an energy shot!
