Kid Friendly Meal Plans for Week Nine
When making my weekly meal plan, I like to create things that my children love because that is easier than dealing with picky eaters and complaints. However, I also can’t exist on chicken nuggets and pizza! I need more things, so I am constantly on the hunt for delicious, nutritious, and kid friendly meals. This week, we are trying lots of new goodies , but they all have one thing in common: they are kid-friendly!
What are Kid Friendly Meal Plans exactly? They are low ingredient and fun-sounding meals that my 3 boys will eat. Simple as that! I have 3 square meals a day that are all child-approved for week nine. I hope you and your children enjoy them as much as my children!

My 13-year old and 5-year old daughters love a warmed flour tortilla with peanut butter spread on it and sliced bananas on top. Roll up and keep your fingers out of the way.
My girls love a warmed tortilla spread with peanut butter and sliced bananas. It’s super simple to make, relatively inexpensive and fairly nutritious.
Nice to visit your blog today. I hope you will join me for Crock Pot Wednesday whenever you can.
I’m making a Creamy Pasta dish this week! I’d try the Red Beans and Rice with a veggie meat substitute!
The BBQ Pork recipe looks good – I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing it 🙂
I don’t know what I’m having alll week yet but I do know I’m having one of our favorites!
Tortillini soup
5 cans of chicken broth
1 family package of fresh cheese tortillini
1 10 oz package for frozen chopped Spinach
Heat the broth and spinach and once it’s softly boiling, add tortillini for 7 minutes! Sprinkle with parmesan and salt to taste.
Ohhh, it’s yummy and it’s the only way to get our kids to eat spinach. 🙂
Thanks for sharing your meal plan!
We don’t do much for Valentine’s day either. The anniversary of the day we met is Feb 19th so we celebrate that instead. It’ll be 11 years this year!
Looks good ! I will have to try the red beans and rice . I had been using a package mix but am having to avoid some of what they put in spice packs . Thanks for sharing !
