Ok, on to my menu planning ideas for this week:

MondayLeftover Soup – I have put this on the menu plan recently but haven’t actually made it.  So, today it is defrosting on my Kenmore Elite stove and I will be cooking it up!  We woke up to 38 degree weather down here in Southern Alabama and my husband has a baseball game.  So, we are going to need something to warm us up!

Tuesday: Busy Day BBQ Meatballs, Potato Salad, and Broccoli!

WednesdayChili sounds like another good body warmer!

Thursday:  Leftovers!  We should have plenty to last us the rest of the week.  So, I am done with cooking and can concentrate on getting some St. Patty’s Day recipes tested and photographed!

Friday: More leftovers
