This is one of those easy meals that we all love. 🙂 We call it leftover soup, because it is made from leftovers.
We keep a gallon ice cream bucket in the freezer and put most leftovers in it:
- Meat Drippings
When the tub is full we make soup. 🙂 Depending on what is in the freezer, I might add any combination of the following:
- Can of tomato sauce
- Can of beef broth
- Kidney, red, chili, great northern beans
- field or sweet peas
- Orzo noodles
Easy and yummy! Serve with fresh bread and/or crackers!

We just made some more yesterday! Once that bucket fills us, we know it is soup time! :-)

(I save leftover chicken breast and use them for casseroles.)
