  • 1-15oz can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini (can add more or less)
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (can add more or less)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1-2 cloves garlic (can add more or less)


  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
