My Favorite Recipe for Essential Oil Aftershave

Add the carrier oil to your amber roll-on bottle. Add each oil directly to the bottle one drop at a time.

Close the lid and shake vigorously to combine all the oils. Test the aftershave on a small patch of skin. You can adjust the strength of the mixture by adding more carrier oil or a few extra drops of your favorite essential oil scents.

When you are satisfied with the mixture, close the bottle and store in a dark, cool place.

Most men love woodsy, deep notes in their aftershave and this recipe for essential oil aftershave delivers on those scents.

If you don’t have these oils in your collection and want to keep costs low, Rocky Mountain Oils offers the Citrus Passion and Blend of Sandalwood oil blends that will create a rich-smelling aftershave when added to a carrier oil like jojoba oil or coconut oil.

I love this recipe for essential oil aftershave so much, I may never buy my husband traditional aftershave again! Not only does it smell delicious, but it is great for the skin as well and will fight signs of aging, ingrown hairs, and uneven skin tone.

This aftershave can truly do it all!

I have been trying to switch my family over to natural products. I am going to try this for my husband and see how he likes it. Glad to know it works for razor burn. I can use that as a selling point!

Thanks Kelli, great recipe. Also you can add a couple of drops of chamomile or lavender oil, to soothe skin in addition after shaving
