You can’t go wrong using this printable just as it is but don’t forget that there are other fun ways to branch out with more learning activities!

Scavenger hunts are just the beginning – and here are more great ideas and activities to try.

Set up a moonwalk dance party

Moonwalk dance parties are the perfect way to celebrate any occasion! To set up a successful event, choose a suitable location, preferably a spacious outdoor space.

Decorate the surrounding area with festive lights, balloons, and other eye-catching decorations. Be sure to arrange a good sound system, as music is essential to any dance party.

Set up tables and chairs for guests to relax and enjoy refreshments. Finally, ensure that safety precautions are taken, such as having an adult supervising the moonwalk and ensuring that guests follow the rules.

With these simple steps, your moonwalk dance party will certainly be a hit!

Draw the solar system

Drawing the solar system can be a fun and educational activity for kids. To get started, encourage children to research and learn about the planets and their unique characteristics. It may also be helpful to provide them with reference images of the solar system to use as a guide.

When drawing, start with the largest planet, Jupiter, and work your way outwards.

Use different sizes and shapes for the planets to create a more realistic representation.

Mix up the colors and add some glitter or stickers to make the planets sparkle.

By following these steps, children can create their unique version of the solar system and have fun while learning about our fascinating universe.

Learning Printables and Activities

These are excellent resources for kids! They’ll love being a part of the learning process from start to finish.

Draw Earth

Encourage them to use blue and green colors for the oceans and continents, respectively. Using shades of green and brown is a great way to incorporate the landforms and terrain on the earth’s surface.

As kids draw, you can also discuss the importance of caring for our planet, including reducing waste and conserving resources.

By helping children learn about the earth through art, they can develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for our planet.
