We have a busy week this week since my husband’s haunted trail starts on Tuesday. Well, Tuesday they are having a dry run and the thing doesn’t officially start until Thursday, but still. 🙂 So, I am going to be running this house on my own through Halloween. LOL! I am making dinner easier since he won’t be around to eat it until much later each evening – oh and my oldest boy will be with him. 🙂
Monday: Easy Italian Meatloaf , Potatoes and Cheese , and Green Beans
Tuesday: Chili
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Fried Pork Chops and Potato Salad
Friday: if we don’t go out to eat after dance, then we will have leftovers.
