Menu Plan Monday: Easy Dinner Ideas

Sharing is caring!

Wow!  I am very lazy in the summer time. 🙂  We didn’t get around to most of the meals on our menu last week.  They were all very easy dinner ideas, but we have just been super busy!  Between fighting the pool, working on the shed, and everyone being home – who has time to cook?  Thank goodness I wake before the rest of my family, otherwise I wouldn’t have a single thing posted on my blog. 🙂

Enough chit chat, now on to my super easy dinner ideas:

Monday – Zesty Lemon Pepper Tuna over Pasta (StarKist!)

Tuesday – Tuna Mac (I am planning to take a pack of StarKist Tuna and a box of Kraft Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese… assuming I get around to it, I will let you know how it turns out!)

Wednesday – Leftovers

Thursday – Spaghetti Pie – Eat! Move! Play cookbook from Weight Watchers

Friday – Something quick as we have dance… probably end up at McDonald’s or something.  Saturday is Zack’s recital, so we will be at rehearsal all day on Friday.  I can’t wait until Saturday night,  because then dance will all be over for the entire summer. Is that bad? Does that make me a bad mommy?

Do you have any easy dinner ideas that you could share with me?  Be sure to include the link to the recipe so I can try them out. 🙂
