Question 1

Can I make this mocktail ahead of time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can prep some parts in advance! Make the cherry mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge. Just wait to add the fizzy elements like club soda until right before serving to keep the drink bubbly and fresh.

Question 2

What can I use if I don’t have fresh cherries?

Accepted Answer

No fresh cherries? No problem! Frozen cherries are an excellent substitute and work just as well. You can also use unsweetened cherry juice, but be sure to taste and adjust the sweetness accordingly.

Question 3

How do I keep the fizz bubbly?

Accepted Answer

Add the soda or sparkling water just before serving to maintain the fizz. Serve the drink in chilled glasses to prolong the bubbles and refresh the mocktail.

Question 4

Can I customize the sweetness?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you like less sweet drinks, reduce the sweetener or replace it with a light alternative like stevia. Add a little more syrup or juice to taste for a sweeter mocktail.
