White Chocolate Peppermint Rice Krispies

Ingredients – Rice cereal – Mini marshmallows – Butter – White chocolate morsels chips – Crushed peppermints, crushed well – Red sprinkles (optional)

Instructions 1. Line a 13X9 baking dish with wax paper and then spray that with nonstick spray. 2. Add the butter to a pan and melt on the stove over low heat.

3. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir the entire time. 4. Take off the stove and fold in the cereal, 1 cup of the white chocolate chips, and the crushed peppermint. Stir together well.

5. Put the mixture onto the baking sheet and press down with a buttered spatula to reduce sticking. 6. Let cool then cut into treats.

7. Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt, stirring every 30 seconds.

8. Spread over the top of the treats and add sprinkles for decoration.
