Spoon into the donut pan or donut maker. (if baking in the oven, bake for 8 minutes) Remove from maker or oven once browned. Set aside and let cool.
Dip the cooled donuts into the chocolate. Set aside. You can put them in the fridge for 10 minutes to speed up the setting process.
Tear in half and mash into a long tube. Roll into a spiral, making the flower. Mush onto the donut, at the bottom of the unicorn horn.
Repeat and make orange and red flowers. Use the gel icing and draw on the eyes and eyelashes. Serve or put in the fridge for later.
