– cream cheese – heavy whipping cream – sour cream – sugar – vanilla – lemon juice – salt – strawberry topping – graham crackers
1. Mix the cream cheese, whipping cream, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl in the food processor. You can also mix with a mixer.
2. Mix until smooth. Layer the mixture in a freezer-safe container with a layer of the mixture, followed by dollops of the strawberry and crushed graham crackers.
3. Make swirls in the mixture after you layered it using a butter knife. Cover it with plastic wrap with the film right over the top of the mixture and then put on a lid.
