Ingredients

– fresh strawberries – fresh basil leaves – ciliegine – balsamic vinegar – extra-virgin olive oil

Add the top of one strawberry onto the skewer, with the hull facing up.

How to Make Strawberry Caprese Skewers

Fold one basil leaf in half, and add it to the skewer. Add one mozzarella ball, another folded basil leaf, and then the bottom half of the strawberry.

Repeat the above step with all the remaining ingredients until everything is used. Set on a platter.

To make the glaze, add the balsamic vinegar to a small pan on medium-high heat.

Cook until the vinegar reduces to about 1/3 of its volume. Remove and let the glaze cool a bit, then drizzle over the skewers.
