One-Pot Roasted Pork Supper

You’re going to love the ease of this One Pot Roasted Pork Dinner. It’s a simple pork recipe that will feed the family, and still have you some leftover to enjoy the following day as well.

The best part about making this pork tenderloin all in one pot is that it also makes clean up a breeze. And if you’re worried about the flavoring, don’t forget to add a bit of extra salt and pepper at the end, once it’s done cooking and cooling down.

Ingredients: – Potatoes – Onion chopped into wedges – Light Catalina Dressing – Thyme – Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken – Water

Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375. Toss potatoes & onions with salad dressing and 1/2 tsp of thyme. Arrange in 15x10x1 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix with water. Cut tenderloin into 2 inch pieces. Remove pan from oven and push veggies to the edges of pan. Spoon stuffing into center of pan; top with meat.

3. Sprinkle remaining thyme over meat (I also lightly brushed with some of the dressing).

4. Bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
