These pork tenderloin sliders with aioli are simple to make and can even be giving some added heat with some extra hot sauce as well. The sweet aioli give a good balance with each and every bite!

The pork cooks perfectly in the oven or you can grill over medium heat. Being able to marinade and grill is perfect for football days or weekend dinners!

Ingredients Marinade Ingredients – Orange juice – Soy sauce – Cloves minced garlic – Dijon mustard – Honey

In a large plastic bag, marinate the pork tenderloin in the marinade ingredients for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

Remove the pork tenderloin from marinade and grill over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.

Slice-cooked pork tenderloins for sandwiches. While the pork tenderloin is cooking, combine all of the aioli ingredients in a blender.

Pulse just for a minute until everything is smooth ~ this can be done ahead of time & stored in the fridge/cooler if you are tailgating.

Lay a tomato slice on the bottom bun, then an onion slice, then the pork tenderloin on top.  Spoon some of the aioli on top of the pork, top with the top of the bun. Dig in!
