Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup

This Buffalo Chicken Soup is such an easy Instant Pot soup recipe to make. Not only is it loaded down with tasty pieces of chicken breast, but it’s also hearty due to the added onion, carrot, and celery as well.

One of the easiest ways to make soup is to add all the ingredients to your Instant Pot. Melt the butter then carefully chop up the onions and celery, add in the heavy cream, and follow the rest of the directions below and you’ll have no issues whatsoever with this simple soup recipe.

Ingredients – • Butter – • Onion cut up – • Baby carrots, cut into discs – • Celery Diced – • Garlic powder – • Thyme

Instructions 1. Start by melting the stick of butter in your Instant Pot. 2. After melted, add in the onions, celery, carrots and saute until soft.

3. Add in garlic powder, thyme, and the red pepper flakes. Once added, cook for 2 minutes. 4. Next, put in the diced chicken, half and half, chicken stock, and hot sauce.

5. Allow to come to boil then whisk in your flour. 6. Put on the lid and manually set to cook for 10 minutes. Once that time passes, let the Instant Pot release naturally for 10 minutes then release it manually.

7. Remove the lid and add in the cream cheese. 8. Also add in the ranch dressing now, if you're using it. Stir. Put lid on again and pressure cook for 1 minute.
