Simple Bread Machine Everything Pretzels

Ingredients – Water – Brown sugar – Flour – Bread machine yeast/active dry yeast – For boiling the water: – Water – Baking soda – Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions: 1. Put the ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed on the bread machine directions.

2. Push the dough setting. Make certain that there is enough water during the first cycle.

3. Once the dough is done, punch it down and take it out of the machine and put on a lightly flour surface.

4. Divide the dough in 8 pieces and roll in long strands that are about 20 inches long. Roll and make them into pretzels.

5. Bring the water to a boil in a stock pot and stir in the baking soda. Put in the pretzels, only two at a time, and let boil for 10-15 seconds.

6. Remove with a slotted spatula and put them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning and bake them for 8-12 minutes in the oven.
