Ingredients

– red velvet cake mix – white chocolate chips – shredded coconut – chopped pecans – cheesecake icing

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the cake mix to a bowl and make the batter according to what the box says.

How to Make Red Velvet Earthquake Cake

Spray the bottom of a cake pan with non stick spray. Add chocolate chips to the bottom. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and coconut on top. Pour the cake mix on top of that.

Add the icing in spoonfuls all over the top of the cake mix batter.

Use a butter knife and swirl the icing around. Put in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.

Let the cake cool for 25 minutes. You can add extra toppings. Serve.
