Asian Beef Noodle Bowl Recipe

This delicious 1-pot, Stir Fry Asian Beef Noodle Bowl is Tank’s favorite meal!  He requests it often.  We also like to make it with chicken or pork on occasion.  To lessen the calories, use chicken!

Plus, as you can see in the image below, different vegetables can be added depending on what you have and what flavors you want.

We have been known to use different colored bell peppers, carrots, snow peas, zucchini, among many other things in our Beef Noodle Bowl recipe!  Simply use what you have and what your family likes!

Ingredients – Linguine uncooked – Broccoli florets I just used frozen – Shredded carrots – Olive Oil – Beef sirloin steak cut into strips – Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing divided – Teriyaki sauce divided

Instructions Take 1/2 of the dressing & 1/2 of the sauce and put in a ziplock bag. Add beef, turning to coat, and allow to marinate for several hours.

Remove meat from bag and throw sauce away. Cook Pasta as directed, adding veggies to the boiling water for the last 2 minutes of cooking time.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large non-stick skillet. Add meat; cook 4 minutes or until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.

Stir in dressing and sauce; cook 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta mixture; place in large serving bowl, add meat mixture; toss to coat.
