Amazing Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe

This Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe is one of my favorite quick bread recipes. It’s loaded with dried cranberries and orange zest and cooks perfectly every time.

I love the hint of orange that you’ll get with this recipe. It’s a very easy way to get a wonderful flavor with minimal time and effort. Slicing a piece of warm bread and topping it with butter and honey is just about the best thing, ever!

Ingredients Bread – All-purpose flour – Brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Baking powder – Baking soda – Cinnamon – Room temperature eggs

Instructions To Make the Bread 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease your loaf pans.

3. Combine the flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. 4. Whisk in the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, orange extract, and orange zest. Don't overmix.

5. Pour into the loaf pans and bake in the middle rack for about 50 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes then put on a wire rack.

To Make the Icing 1. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, half and half, and orange extract with a mixer. You can thin it out by adding a bit more half and half.

2. Drizzle over the top of the loaf after it has cooled
