– All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Baking powder – Peanut butter – Vegetable shortening – Light brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract

How To Make Delicious Peanut Butter Smores Cookies

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder. Beat the sugar, peanut butter, and shortening. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix. Gently fold in the toffee bits.

Put the dough in the fridge covered to chill for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Take the dough out of the fridge after 20 minutes and make it into 2 inch balls. Put them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 2 inches part. Bake on the center rack for 15 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put 1 T cookie scoop of dough onto the sheet. Give space.

Put the cookies under the broiler to toast the marshmallow. Take out and put a chocolate kiss in the center. Put the cookies on a baking rack to cool.
