Strawberry Creme Wafer Cupcakes

Ingredients – Butter, melted – Sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Flour – Strawberry jam

Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat together the sugar, butter, and eggs well.

Add in the strawberry jam and use a whisk to mix in. Pour in the vanilla and mix.

Add the flour and stir until it is combined. Put the cupcake batter into the liners about 3/4 full. Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until done.

Let cool and frost. Once the frosting is added, top with the cookies that are broken and crushed up.
