This Slow Cooker Chicken and Cheese with Black Beans recipe will really put you in the mood for a fiesta!

It’s the mixture of the cheese, the salsa, the chicken and everything that just makes for a really fun dinner.

Ingredients – Boneless chicken breasts – Black beans, drained – Corn, drained – Salsa, any kind – Cream cheese

Instructions 1. Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add the black beans, corn and salsa.

2. Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours or until meat is cooked through.

3. Add cream cheese and cook for 30 minutes more or until melted and warm. Stir and serve.
