Ingredients

– quinoa flakes – gluten-free flour with xanthan gum – salt – maple syrup or brown rice syrup – melted butter or oil – gluten-free vanilla extract

How to Cook Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies with Quinoa

1. Combine quinoa flakes, flour, and salt in a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together syrup, butter, and vanilla.

3. Add wet ingredients to bowl of dry ingredients and mix well. 4. Stir in chips and nuts/raisins, if using.

5. Using a spoon or small scoop put spoonful’s of mixture onto greased cookie sheets. 6. Press slightly with a fork so that the cookies are about 2 inches in size, or a little smaller.

7. Bake at 350 F, for 15-20 minutes until golden at edges. 8. Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
