Quick and Easy Italian Hamburger Soup

If you have a cold day and an empty belly, this Quick and Easy Italian Hamburger Soup is perfect for making you toasty and hearty enough to make you so wonderfully full.

It’s just a great all-around fall recipe that you have to try. And it only takes about 30 minutes to make!

INGREDIENTS

- lean ground beef - onion - garlic - Italian seasoning - salt - pepper

STEP 1

In a large stock pot, brown the ground beef and diced onions until the onions are translucent and the meat is no longer pink.

STEP 2

Reduce the heat then add the garlic and Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

STEP 3

Stir in the mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes and beef broth.

STEP 4

Cover the soup and simmer for 20 minutes.

STEP 5

Finally, add the kidney beans and macaroni noodles.
