Oven Roasted Red Potatoes are the perfect side dish! They’re fast and easy to make – and loaded with delicious flavor!

Ingredients

– red potatoes – black pepper – onion salt  – butter or margarine – aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into cubes no bigger than an inch.

How to Make Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Put the potatoes on the NON-reflective side of the foil. Cut the butter into slices and put it on top of the potatoes. Season with onion, salt, and pepper as you like.

Bring up the sides of the foil and roll them together to make a pouch.

Shake the pouch a little to distribute the seasonings and butter.

Place the pouch on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
