Tender Slow Cooker Pork Tacos

I love these Slow Cooker Pork Tacos! It’s my favorite carnitas recipe to make. There’s nothing quite like the taste and flavor of a perfectly cooked taco.

The biggest thing to keep in mind that as long as you cook the meat right, the rest is just all about the toppings and corn tortillas. We love to set out a toppings bar and just let everyone dive right in.

If you use your slow cooker a lot, you know that it’s a low and slow process. But the end result of flavor? Totally worth it!

What are good toppings for tacos? This is totally up to you! But some of my favorite toppings are pico de Gallo, cheese, sour cream, and chopped onions. Don’t forget the fresh cilantro, too! Sometimes, when it comes to toppings, less can be more!

Ingredients – Pork roast – Water – Chopped onion – Cumin – Pepper – Salt – Cajun spice

Instructions Make criss cross cuts along the top areas of the pork roast. Rub in the spices.

Put the pork in the crockpot along with the water and the onion.

Set the heat on low and cook for 8 hours. Once done, take the pork out of the crockpot and shred it with a fork.
