This No-Churn Blue Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe is so much fun to make! The hardest part is putting it in the freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight to harden but it’s totally worth the wait.

Ingredients

– heavy whipping cream – sweetened condensed milk – vanilla extract – blue food coloring – raspberry preserves

Add 1/4 t of the blue food coloring and the heavy cream into a bowl and mix until stiff peaks form.

How to Make No-Churn Blue Raspberry Ice Cream

Add the vanilla and the rest of the blue food coloring to a different bowl and whisk. Then fold into the whipped cream mixture slowly.

Pour into a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper.

Put the raspberry preserves into the ice cream and use a butter knife to drag around.

Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 4 - 6 hours.
