The avocado in this recipe helps to calm some of the heat from the Tabasco. Really good for those who like their "hot" less hot.

Ingredients

– Avocado  – Cilantro – Chipotle pepper sauce – Lime – Cumin – Salt – Water – Garlic clove grated – Vegetable oil – Chicken wings – Flour or rice flour

Combine avocado, cilantro, Tabasco chipotle sauce, lime juice, cumin, salt, water and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth.

Instructions

Separate each wing into two pieces at the joint; trim excess fat and skin.

Toss chicken wings in a bowl with flour.

Toss wings with desired amount of Avocado Chipotle sauce.
