How To Make Delicious Apple Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grab two baking sheets. Line with parchment paper.

2. Grab a large bowl and add in apples, red onion, sage, fennel, 2 T of olive oil and the balsamic vinegar.

3. Once mixed, spread out the mixture onto one of the prepared baking sheets and then put in the oven and roast.

4. While the first pan is roasting, put the pork tenderloin in the middle of the other baking sheet and brush it with remaining oil.

5. Put the seasoned pork tenderloin onto the top rack and roast it for about 15 minutes before turning the pork.

6. Take out both pans and let the pork rest for 10 minutes. Once that passes, slice and serve with the veggies and apples.
