Ingredients

– Pint raspberry sorbet – Unflavored sparkling water/tonic – San Pellegrino Limonata or other lemonade-flavored sparkling beverage – Fresh or frozen whole raspberries – Sliced lemon

Add the sorbet into four cocktail glasses.

Pour 1/4 cup of the sparkling water over each scoop.

Fill your glasses the rest of the way full with the San Pellegrino.
