INGREDIENTS
– chorizo or your favorite ground meat or sausage – Velveeta – Rotel – Chips
STEP 1
Cook chorizo according to package directions. When done cooking, remove chorizo from skillet and place on a plate lined with a thick paper towel to remove excess grease.
STEP 2
Cut Velveeta into cubes. In a warm sauce pan, add Velveeta cubes and undrained Rotel. Stir to prevent burning.
STEP 3
When almost all of the Velveeta has melted, add chorizo. Stir and cook until well combined and cheese has melted.
