Ingredients

– yeast – warm water – butter – white sugar – salt  – all-purpose flour

Combine the warm water, yeast, melted butter, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Stir and let the yeast bubble for 5 minutes.

How to Make Pretzel Crunch

Stir in the flour. This will form a dough. Fold the dough on a clean surface and then knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Put the dough back into the bowl, and cover it with a clean towel. Place in a warm area in your kitchen, and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.

This will take about 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Line the baking sheets with parchment paper.

Add 4 cups of water to a pot on the stove and let it boil. Add the baking soda and dissolve. Take off the heat and let it cool until the water is warm.
