How to Make Sweet and Delicate Blueberry Peach Galette

Take and place the flour and cold sliced butter into a large mixing bowl. Then take a pastry blender and start to cut the butter into the flour until it looks like little small pebbles.

Once that is done, take and add in the cottage cheese and mix it with a spoon. Then use your hands and shape it into a ball.

Once you have it shaped, take and cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.

Start and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Take the peaches and blueberries and put them in a large bowl. Add in the ¼ cup brown sugar, the cornstarch, and the almond (or vanilla) extract.
