Hearty Steak and Potatoes Soup Recipe

The family is going to love this Steak and Potatoes Soup Recipe. It’s an easy way to get dinner on the table fast and is literally the perfect comfort food.

This recipe calls for London broil steak but you can use flank steak or any type that you happen to have in the house. You’ll only need about 20 minutes of time to cook up this tasty dish as well! Just add a bit of salt and pepper and you’re ready to rock.

Ingredients – • 2 pounds of London broil (or steak of choice) – • Canola oil – • Italian seasoning – • Garlic powder – • Grated parmesan cheese – • Mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions Put the Instant Pot on saute mode and add in oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Saute the steak in the Instant Pot and cut it into small pieces. Add in 1 cup of beef broth to deglaze and stir.

Put in the rest of the beef broth plus the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, and remaining spices.

Add the mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and steak if not still in the pot. Let rest for 1/2 hour then serve.
