Decadent Andes Mint Fudge Recipe

I adore this easy Andes Mint Fudge Recipe. It’s super simple, literally 3 ingredients, but you get this amazing treat that’s all mint chocolate goodness.

This andes fudge is just about the best fudge ever made. Look at how perfectly thick and creamy it is. And it just melts in your mouth.

Once you make this Andes Mint Fudge Recipe, you’ll realize how deliciously fun it is to make (and snack on)

Ingredients – Chocolate chips or almond bark – Sweetened condensed milk – Andes mints

Instructions 1. Line a 4" x 6" baking dish with parchment paper sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

2. Microwave chocolate chips or almond bark in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is completely melted.

3. Working quickly, pour the sweetened condensed milk into the chocolate and stir. You can add more or less, but I usually go with 4 1/2 tablespoons.

4. Pour fudge into the baking dish in a smooth layer and break-up Andes Mints over the top, patting them in, as desired.

5. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. 6. Remove from the fridge and cut into 1" squares. Enjoy!
