Instructions
Add the Oreos to the blender or food processor and blend into fine crumbs.
In a mixing bowl, beat the crumbs and cream cheese.
Using a 1-inch scoop, add the mixture into scoopfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Put the pan in the freezer for 1 hour.
Shape the mixture into balls.
Melt the white bark in the microwave with a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments. Stir often.
Once melted, add the pink gel food coloring.
Use a fork to dip the truffles into the bark. Then put them on parchment paper.
Add sprinkles for the hair and facial features.
Chill until firm.
Notes
If the bark is too thick, you can add a bit of coconut oil to thin it out.
