Cooling Rack, Non-Stick
Ingredients
1
can biscuit dough
1 ½
Cup(s)
Powdered Icing Sugar
2
Tablespoons
Milk
1
teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
Pink and Purple Food Dye
¼
Cup(s)
Unicorn Sprinkles
~4 cups of frying oil
Instructions
Put a cooling rack on top of a baking tray. Set aside.
Add the oil to a Dutch oven on medium heat. Use a candy thermometer and bring the oil to 350 degrees.
Cut out each biscuit dough's middle and stretch to widen the hole. You want it about 1/2 inch wide.
Fry each donut individually in the oil—one minute per side or until golden brown.
Put each fried donut on the cooling rack.
Once all the donuts are fried, sift the powdered sugar into a bowl.
Whisk in the vanilla and milk.
Add one drop of the pink dye and one drop of the purple dye to different areas of the vanilla glaze. Swirl them together with a butter knife lightly.
Dip each donut into the glaze, then return it to the cooling rack.
Top with the unicorn sprinkles.
Let the glaze harden for about 30 minutes.
